sims 3 stuk, help !!

Hello,
I downloaded the Sims 3 and all expansions.
My computer is strong and him itself correctly. the game runs well.
The only problem is - when I create a Sim / houshold after 5-6 minutes the game is stuck and i can not play it anymore.
Do you know why?

I tried and it did not help me
What can be do to the game will not stuck on creating Sim?
That the game is rising fast and i can play it well its just only in creat household.
By the way. the Installation of Sims : I was missing a component:
fullbild1,package
what is that?
