Sim cannot go bookstore. [SOLVED]

Dear All,
I've installed sims 3 base game and sims 3 ambitions. But my sims cannot go to the bookstore. But groceries and stuff are fine. And i need to go to the bookstore to increase my logic skill...>.<
Help please....Thanks

Do you have any CC/Mods?

nope. I didnt install anything and my ambitions expansion pack is downloaded from here.

I'm sorry my problem is mac problem. Can I move that to the mac area???

Can you try the following solution?
1. Go to Edit Town
2. Hold Ctrl+Shift+C and type "testingcheatsenabled true"
3. Hold Ctrl+Shift+C and type "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off"
4. Click on and move the building shell a few more spaces from the road. Delete/move anything in the way and replace later
5. Repaint terrain if necessary
6. Hold Ctrl+Shift+C and type "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings on"
7. Return to Game
