Twinbrook Bookstore Problem. [SOLVED]

Hello, good people!

So, I have this problem when I play in Twinbrook and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered it, or, hopefully solved it:

In every game I have played in Twinbrook, my sims are unable to interact with the bookstore!
They cannot visit the bookstore, they can't become partners, nothing!
It's like the bookstore lot is "locked" or "dead".

I can click on it and pick whatever action, or click on a bookworm sim and tell them to go to the bookstore, but the sim will either remain still on their place, or go to the bookstore's street but never enter it and the action box disappears.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Try to remove the bench and all objects in the front of the entrance of the bookstore, in Edit Town.

It blocks the entrance, I know.
