Download Torrent but Not A .rar file

I am trying to download The Sims 3: University Life but when I download the file it doesn't download in the type of .rar it is .torrent. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing a step?
My base game was bought in the store.

You will open it via torrent.
As this steps (by Joker in tips and tricks)
How to download The Sims 3/Expansions from G4TW?
1. To download The Sims 3/Expansions form G4TW (Games4theWorld) you need a BitTorrent client such as uTorrent because all the downloads are .torrent files.
2. Go to: http://www.games4theworld.org/downloads.html
3. Choose what you want & download it.
4. You will see a file with a weird name like: F0633A54857066C623B49A706DAB4A78E8DFFC8F for example, double-click on it then it will open by uTorrent & it will start downloading.
5. After the download finishes you will see a ''.rar'' file, open/extract it by WinRAR.
6. Now to extract the file, right-click on it then choose ''Extract Here''.
