My whole game seems destroyed.

This is my opinion, and it might seem strange.. When I had to replace the folders in the bin, that you guys usually recommend when someone downloads your cracks, I think it could have attached some sort of virus that keeps putting the cracked files back, even if I uninstalled everything correctly, I have tried doing the whole re-installing the base game and all my original games quite a few times, nothing seems to be working.

Is that even possible?

I need help, please help me.
