Sims 3 not responding ?
First topic message reminder :
Hey, so a few days ago I solved my crashing problem with help from the official tech team who instructed me to enable the 3gb extension. After reinstalling the game for unrelated reasons, I did as instructed and the game worked perfectly fine. No more crashing, it was even smoother and a lot faster than before.
A couple of days ago I downloaded a bunch of CC -a lot of it, actually. After that I launched the game. Only a black screen showed with the cursor loading, I waited for a while but nothing happened. Tried to click out of the window (my task bar was still showing) but everything was frozen although I could still move the cursor. I had to open the task manager to shut down the process since it wasn't responding.
I thought maybe some of the CC I downloaded was corrupted or maybe there was just too many files, so I moved the Mods folder out of the Sims 3 folder and re-tried to launch the game but it still wouldn't work. I retried many times, launching the game through TS3W.exe, TS3.exe, the launcher, I tried the Ultimate Fix crack and the Island Paradise (my last add-on) crack but it still wouldn't work. I don't think the problem is coming from my graphic card this time since the 3gb extension thingy solved the crashing. I am completely clueless as to what the problem could be and I have no idea what to do. Can anyone suggest something before I try to uninstall and reinstall everything ? (I have 7 add-ons so it's a bit of a pain lol) Thank you ;_;

Hello,
Hmm, several users have reported that razor1911 base game cannot be collaborated properly with the expansions from G4TW (although some of them said it can run properly). Still I think you need to download the base game from games4theworld. This will ensure the success of installation. Now I think you should go and download Your Uninstaller Pro and the base game from www.games4theworld.org. Afterwards, uninstall all the base game and the expansions/stuff packs with Super Mode via Your Uninstaller Pro. Afterwards, install the base game from games4theworld.

Alright, I'll do that. When it's done can I try launching the game before reinstalling all of my EPs ? Just in case it's still not working, don't wanna have to uninstall 7 expansion packs again lol.
Do I have to download Generations from G4TW too?

You can install the base game and one of the expansions mentioned below first and then test the game to see if it works:
Movie Stuff, Island Paradise, University Life, 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff, Seasons, Supernatural, Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff, Generations
And no I think you needn't download Generations from games4theworld. Reloaded is fine.

Hello,
Okay so I uninstalled everything with Your Uninstaller in Super Mode, I installed the G4TW base game then Generations, updated it, applied the fix but it still wouldn't work... *facepalm* It's driving me crazy, I have no idea where it could even come from. The game was working perfectly and it just happened like that.

Re: Sims 3 not responding ?
Hello,
Can you apply the manual patch (download it here) and drag and drop the content of the #crack of the Ultimate Fix to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin? Otherwise, I think you should uninstall both the base game and Generations and try installing the base game and expansions other than Generations and try again.
