Graphic Issues on Sims 3. [SOLVED]

Yeah, yeah it's me again.  

Anyway, I couldn't find a similar topic, even though I'm sure there should be something like that out there.

It's not the only graphic issue, but the other one is gone for now...
But, when I want to change my Sims' outfit, part of his face just looks like it's loading. But the thing is, it's done loading and still it looks like 


and it's freaking me out.
What may caused the problem?

Mods? I don't know. 

I had same problem what is your operating system and graphics card your running?

Just did it and seriously, it worked!
