the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005) click ok to close the application

I needed a program that could make me see how chinese character stroke order. I then download estroke and install it but the program unable to run this message continue appear everytime I run the program and the program freeze after that. what should I do?

-scan virus no malware found (using bitdefender original pro antivirus)
-reinstalling windows also not help

First of all, what windows operating system are you using?

is a common Windows problem (all version)

most of the time memory error or obsolete "video" drivers

solution:

update your system to latest service pack and all your drives!
