Problems after Movie Stuff install.

After I installed Movie Stuff, I started up my game and was super excited - then I realized something was wrong.
My Island Paradise is missing and all of my Pets stuff is missing.
The expansions are "technically" still there.

But when I go to make pets for my family, NOTHING is there.
When I try to make a family for the island paradise neighborhood, I can't.


I have NO custom content, everything was installed correctly.
Can I uninstall these two games and then reinstall them and redo the ultimate fix?

That should help, right?
