Installation Empty Installation

Hello.
Before finding this great website i downloaded The Sims 3 from another page. Sad


Can i use The S ims  3that i already downloaded ? Or i must use the sims that is supplied by this webpage ? I downloaded The Sims 3 Reloaded.

I have downloaded Diesel Stuff and town life stuff but i think ill download other expansions.

I have read the ultimate fix and the Install the sims 3 correctly guides.


Can i install other expansions pack later without loosing my data/save ?

I just installed the sims 3 and i followed the guide here.and i applied the crack of the ultimate fix
I installed Diesel stuff, town life and master suite.All is working fine with the crack of ultimate fix

I upgraded the game to 1.57



Now im downloading Pets.
Can i install pets and the rest of expansions without applying a new crack ?

Hello,

Yes, every time you install an additional expansion, re-apply the latest manual patch, and the latest Ultimate fix. This means: just repeat the steps from 2 to 4 here:

Yes, but use the #crack from the "Ultimate fix" (not the one that is included in the game). Look at step #4 in the instructions I posted above, to learn how to apply the Ultimate fix.

Yes, the same goes for all expansions.

Whenever you install a new expansion, always use the "manual patch" afterwards and then the two files from the #crack-folder in the Ultimate fix.
