Help with the installation

Hello people,
I just registered to this forum today. I read the installation guide, but i still have a few questions so I tried to post it here.
Do i just have to install everything without crack, even for the base game? Can I download the EA Manager?
Why do I need to edit things in regedit with world adventures? I hate to ask, but help would be very welcome.

We recommend not using any cracks until you're done installing, basically as a time-saver. They all replace the same two files, so it's easier just to wait until you've gotten everything installed that you want. 
You can, but there's usually no need to, unless you own any of the games through Origin (The EA download manager).
Editing the SKU for World Adventures is only if, while installing, it gives you a region error. Sometimes this doesn't happen, so you don't have to, but if it does, this is the only way to fix it.

So I have to install everything including the base game without crack? How are the files called in the expansion packs? World adventures had something like simsep01 so i dont know what i had to choose because there were 2 of them. So after the installation i have to install the manual patch and then the ultimate fix patch and place it in the game/bin folder?
So it is basically like installing everything without cracks and apply the first patch, then the ultimate fix patch and then it's okay?
And can you place mods in the game as well?

Hello,
Please install the base game first. You may need the mounting tool daemon. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
After that, you can start installing expanisons. Unzip the torrents of expansions, and you can either manually patch your game before installing. Or other way round (installing the expansions and then manually patching. When asked to update your game, click yes.)
Afterwards, you can follow the instruction guide inside the Ultimate Fix. And then you are done.
Installing expansions is simple: Double-click the setup and follow the instructions.

Ok and after the expansions the accessoiry packs?
Ill do the manual packs after all those installations and then the ultimate fix patch.
And i have nothing to do with regedit?

Hello,
If your game is not missng text bubbles, you don't have to regedit anything.

Hello,
You are sure your game is up-to-date (the base game version should be 1.55.4)? If not, remember to try the manual patch. Then apply the Ultimate Fix.

Ok but at the installation it said that it needs to touch up you know what i mean? is that okay so i can update it when i install an expansion?
It said like sims 3 has to be updated before installing the expansion. the installationprogram is trying to update sims 3. do you want to continue?
Can i just do that?

You can do that, it's just easier to apply the manual patch and have your game fully updated to begin with.

No, that's 100% fine. It just takes more time if you do it that way.

By using that manual patch, you can update your game even if you cannot update with your launcher.
And after using the manual patch, you only have to use the two files from the #crack folder in the Ultimate fix (TS3W.exe + TSLHost.dll). Copy them to the base game location and replace the exisiting files.

Yes, get Origin so you'll have patches for your games.
First, install your game and make sure it works, then you'll add mods (we'll help you for that don't worry!)

Thanks man, now im getting a warning: the installed sims 3 version is more recent then this product. if you want to continue i have to make a connection with the internet. Do i need to click OK on that one?
