trouble with the new 1.63 patch

ii found the 1.63 manual patch for the sims 3,but when i tried installing it,it gave me a region error,is there a manual patch that will work for the G4TW version of the sims 3?

If you have downloaded the incremental patch somewhere (in EA Answer HQ) and did not follow the instructions on how to find out the region error. You could of course, encounter this error. However, if you download the manual patch here (suitable for all regions), you won't get this error:
