big luncher problem :(

i downloaded the sims 3 AIO edition, but when i open the luncher :
" the installation is incomplete and the sims 3 cannot run. please reinstall andd try again"
and i have another one that says :
" unable to start, please reinstall the base game"
but its a pack and i cant install them one by one its a pack.
please help me

Blackboxes are a real pain. You cannot update them, and you cannot add expansions.
I would advise you to uninstall everything properly using My Uninstaller, then restart your laptop and install games from here.
Follow this guide and you should be fine!
