This again?
Oasis Landing is a world your Sim travels to (similar to World Adventures and University Life). You start playing in any world (or continue with one of your current families), the time traveler will show up and give you some stuff you need for time traveling.

I have not downloaded it yet, so I don't know much about it. I know there are 3 new skills: one about the future tech (Advanced Technology), one about the plumbots (Bot Building) and one for the new musical instrument (Laser Rhythm-a-con).
