CAN'T REDOWNLOAD THE SIMS 3!!!!! HELP?!!!! Empty CAN'T REDOWNLOAD THE SIMS 3!!!!! HELP?!!!!

I recently bought a new computer because my previous one had crashed and it is permanently broken. So I was trying to redownload The Sims 3 base game onto my computer and it wont let me download it. It said because I used the code already... this never happened during the summer to me though? 
Does anyone know an unused selection of codes?
Or how to fix this problem?

I need answers fast. My Sims addiction is very bad! Thank you.
