My game is crashing now :/

My game's been buggy for awhile now, and now that we have internet again, I've been debating on re-installing everything..
But I was playing yesterday, after installing into the future, and once I got to messing with the time portal or whatever it is, I couldn't cancel it, and nothing would happen, she just stayed there until all her motives went down, and then finally, the red x showed up on it, to cancel the action, but then my game froze, and crashed. Any one else had any problems like this?
Also, now when I start my game up, it crashes, and I see this

well its a general bug. it cant be fixed until a new patch comes out. i had same problem on supernatural world. but never on isla paradiso. try to play on that world until next patch comes.

This problem might also be mod-related, although a lot of people are having this problem. What types of mods/CC do you have?

I had an older skills mod, and deleted it, and it was working better.
I could at least use the portal.
My game's been kind of buggy, but then again, the computer itself has been acting weird lately.
I'm trying to figure out if it's just the game right now, or the computer.
Since my game was buggy before the computer started acting up..
I dunno..
But the portal is working now, and the game starts, so I suppose these issues were fixed when I deleted the mod, and almost all of my custom content. (:
I could at least use the portal.
