Sims 3 keeps crashing / freezing. [SOLVED]

I am having sort of the issue with my game freezing. I am able to play but I get a tempopray freeze every couple minutes. My game would freeze for about 20-30 seconds. I deleted the files:

Create-a-Sim Cache: CasPartCache.package
Build/Buy mode cache: compositorCache.package
Mod or custom content cache: scriptCache.package
New Sims and skin cache: simCompositorCache.package
SocialCache.package
Look for a folder that says Thumbnails. Delete anything inside of it.
Look for WorldCaches and delete anything inside of it.
Delete downloadedsims.index in the folder SavedSims.

But still seeing the tempopray freeze. I hope it's ok I replied to this topic since I am having almost a similar issue.

Ok no problem. Sorry about that.
I forgot to mention mt game has a bit of lag in it too along with the temporary freeze.

Do you have any mods/CC? Remove the folder Mods to see if there are any differences.

Can you also tell me if this happens to old saves only? Can you create a new save to see if there are any differences?

I did what you suggested and the game still has a lag in it but I didn't notice the temp freeze

Do I need to use the 4 GB patch every time I play or just one time?

You only need to use it once.

Sorry I forgot to update how my game is doing. I re-downloaded the
Ultimate fix, and used the 4GB patch and so far my game is running like normal again. I didn't try the 7 fixes because they seemed to complicated, but if my game starts to act up again, I'll try my best with that option. Thanks
