Sims 3 Island Paradise "No disk"

Help! I keep getting the same error message that reads along the lines of "please enter the Island Paradise disk"!
I've updated my game, and followed the instructions when downloading Island Paradise. Also tried the ultimate fix AND the ultimate fix tool, after reading a ton other threads with the same topic. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Please follow the steps located here.  I'd advise you start from step 2 and continue on 'till step 5.  The only instructions you should be following are the ones in the link I provided.  The 'Installation guide' found within the expansion's .rar rile is outdated and the crack that comes WITH the expansion does not work (or at least, very rarely does).

Usually the 'insert disk' error is always associated with someone using the wrong crack or not following the above mentioned instructions!

yeah i already tried to do that haha it didn't help i still got the same message :/

Please redo the steps once more, though, to double check.  Re-download the manual patch and apply it (make sure to backup your saved games before doing this). Re-download The Ultimate Fix and move the #Crack contents inside your /Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Game/Bin folder.  It should prompt you whether or not you want to overwrite - select and agree to OVERWRITE the files.  Then attempt to either boot the game from the TS3 launcher or double click on the TS3W.exe.

i've done it again and i'm still getting the same message

So that's mean your version is now 1.63 right? 
Because the ultimate fix is only compatible with 1.63 version.
Can you try uninstall all your game, restart your computer and re-install it ?
