Game crashes while loading neighborhood

(I searched all over the forums for someone with the same problem and couldn't find anything)

I've installed Sims 3 and a few expansions a few times and tried everything to no avail. 
I installed Sims 3, Showtime, Generations, then University Life, didn't use any cracks, installed the manual update, and the ultimate fix, just as it said in the instructions on the site. I've uninstalled and reinstalled them twice. The game loads fine, then when I select a neighborhood it loads for about 2 seconds before closing and telling me windows has found a problem or something to that effect. 

This is really frustrating, what can I do to just finally play the game!!!

Please redownload the Ultimate Fix as the one you downloaded are outdated.

Yes, but the outdated Ultimate Fix was mistakenly uploaded and therefore, I suggest you redownload the Ultimate Fix again.
