Unofficial game modification error.

So, yesterday I downloaded and installed the Sims 3 up to Showtime by
following the ultimate fix exactly. It worked! So I downloaded some
mods, and those worked too.... until today. I downloaded some new
content and I started to get the "unofficial game modification" error. I
searched through the forums here and read about how other people fixed
the same error by moving their mods. I did so, I moved my Mods AND my
SavedSims folder, tried to start it again, and it didn't work. Same
error. I don't know what to do! Please help.

Move Doucments/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 to your desktop or somewhere and retry.

I found a slider package that was making the game crash. The error still shows, but all I have to do is hit "Continue" and it works.
