Unofficial Game Modification error. Empty Unofficial Game Modification error.

So I updated my game with the manual patch featured on this site. Then I tried reapplying the crack. Now every time I go to play my game, it tells me that there's unofficial game modification and that Sims 3 won't run without it. Pressing continue just leads to my game crashing.

I have all the expansions except for Showtime, updated to 1.33.2, and followed the crack instructions to the letter. I don't have Origin installed; do I need to? It's worked before without it.

Hello,

If you aren't using mods/cc, you may have to redownload and reapply the fix's crack.
You don't need Origin.
