Copy household in new game

Hello,

first I want to say, this is awesome forum.
Next thing, I uninstalled my TS3 collection march 2013, kept my saves and installed TS3 collection October 2013. But when I want to load my saved game, TS3 crash - ok, I understand why, but is there any chance to get manually from documents only one household? Because I built one house for 8 hours and now I don't have it in game and I can't load it without crash :-D I can play this family but without their beautiful awesome design house :-P The game with new city works, so problem is the old save.

Any items from the TS3 collection march 2013 used in the house? If yes, try to install back the TS3 collection march 2013.
