Can't copy the household to library or travel somewhere else Empty Can't copy the household to library or travel somewhere else

Like I said in the title, I can't copy my household or travel to anywhere. After I do one of these thing, it will close the sims 3 window while it is processing.
I have just applied the latest fixer to the game, hoping it will solve the case but apparently it doesn't.

Can anyone help me, Please?

Mine is the latest version 10. something , I am not using any mod currently.

Hello,
It's the base game version that matters. You can find out by opening the game launcher and hovering your mousepointer over the base game icon in the lower left corner of the launcher.

The game has recently been updated to version 1.29 . Please download and apply the latest version of the Fix here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems

I don't think it works. Maybe the household file is too big to make a copy or back up....
