Help With my Sims 3 Please?

I got many expansion packs University,Seasons,Supernatural,Late Night after I downloaded Into The Future everything started to be slow I tried to delete my CC but still not working.It was already slow before now its even slower in the buy mode.What should I do to make this stop? I really want to play my game now

Try to follow these as accurately as possible!

Please do steps 2 through 5 once more for me to see if this solves your problems.  Also, if you have mods, please be sure to disable them before playing (as sometimes mods can muck your game up, too).
 

I don't have mods but I deleted SOME CC and it is still lagging but now it freezes several times.I already updated it to latest version.

Hello Allaryce, the lagging problem may cause by your computer.
Like what sims3hope said, can we see your computer spec?
Besides, you can try to change the graphic setting in the game to make your game a little smooth.
Open your game and before start your game, open the option at the bottom left hand side(show as "...") you can change it in the setting.
Please feel free to ask if you can't find it

Build/Buy mode cache	compositorCache.package
Mod or custom content cache	scriptCache.package
New Sims and skin cache	simCompositorCache.package
Simport-related (maybe?) and other social data, if you use the wall to integrate with your MyPage on thesims3.com site	socialCache.package
files inside the folder "Thumbnails"	*.package
pictures inside the folder "FeaturedItems"	thumb_*.png
files inside DCCache (not all)	missingdeps.idx & dcc.ent
files that end with .bin inside the folder "Downloads" and "SigsCache"	*.bin
A file that is created once you download a Sim/Pet (inside the folder "SavedSims")	Downloadedsims.index
All of the files inside the folder "WorldCaches" and "IGACache", and all the files inside the folder "Featureditems" except ccmerged.package	/
