PLEASE! help me - bought sims 3 & pets + just had a tonsillectomy

Hi everyone, i've creeped this forum for days trying to get my sims to work before i had my tonsillectomy, i can't leave my bed so the sims and netflix are really all i had planned for me to do. You would honestly save my life if i had this to take my mind off the pain lol..here's my problem

I bought the sims 3 and pets from origin, no matter how many times i go to delete ALL the files and reinstall the game (i've done this a lot) i still get the "service initialization failed". before that i was getting the "unknown error occurred" but i changed it so i wouldn't have to use the lancher and the game would start then it switched to the service error. 
I downloaded seasons from the games4world website, and successfully installed it then put the ultimate fix in. yet it still says this

Firstly, welcome to the forum and secondly, I'm sorry to hear about your problems. For the "Service Initialisation Failed" error, it is necessary that you provide us with the error code that comes with it, so that we can identify the root of the problem.

You can either take a screenshot or type the code out.

Hi there,

The error code that you have received is usually caused by broken registry references. It usually meant that we will have to uninstall the game, but before that, let us try out some other solutions first.

Firstly, navigate to Finder>Documents. You should see a folder titled "Electronic Arts". 

Rename that folder to something else. Anything, really. 

Try to launch your game again.

If the error still occurs, let me know. I will then guide you on how to properly uninstall your game so that the error will not come up again.
