Error in windows 7 with Samsung phone. [SOLVED]

i am having a serious error in win 7 it is that when i connect my Samsung mini 2 to the computer  using usb i dont get anything not even the internal storage but when i connect it to laptop with win xp installed it is recognized.

Do you mind posting a screenshot of the error?

You can always try installing the drivers manually; just look up the (exact) model number on Google or something.

sorry for the late replay but I fixed the problem but  thanks for help

the problem was in the small socket which connects the computer with phone it was somehow broken but i fixed it it didn't cost enough.
