Crashes when loading a town Empty Crashes when loading a town

I've follow the instructions, install.. uninstall.. reinstall... DEP on and off, ultimate fix, manual patch and so on... all the solutions that could be found I did it all.

everytime when I try to load a town, it will crash saying "the sims 3 has stopped working" and shut down...

pls help, im getting more and more frustrating !! It took me the whole day or more to fix it.

And i oso did use modthesims crashscanner, it says it's my pc low memory problem but i doubt.
I used to be playing the sims 3 until katy perry ep and it works perfectly fine until i installed supernature and seasons....

pls help, and my game is not original, it's pirated.

Especially try the "4 GB patch", described in step #3 there. Download that patch and then double-click on it. Now, you should select the TS3W.exe from your base game location. And then you have basically applied that 4 GB patch...

Also, go to My Documents/Electronic Arts and rename the folder "The Sims 3" into anything you like - just change the folder's name. That way we'll rule out corrupt cache files, CC/mods and maybe savefiles too.
