Sims 3 hates me!

Long story short:
Downloaded a mod from modthesims. It was a realistic time mod. Never figured out how to use it after putting it in the packages folder. Game worked just fine until last night. Game time froze at 2 am and wouldn't move. I closed out of the game and deleted CC and any mods I had. Game still wouldn't load. I uninstalled everything and closed my laptop.
This morning I reinstalled everything and downloaded the 1.63 patch from here as well as the ultimate fix. Applied it and followed the instructions to a tee. Game loaded and this is what my screen looks like.
[Edit] It's not letting me add a picture for some reason? But it's just a black screen with a white line down the left side.

UPDATE: Tried reapplying the patch and do the cracking again. This is the error I get.
