service initialization failed ERROR !!

Hey,
When i open my The Sims 3 Launcher opens a window:
A Runtime Error Has occurred. Do you Wish to Debug?
And if i start the game the game closes and in a small window writes:
Unable to start game
Service initialization failed (0x02957b48)
I have installed base game and ambitions, pets, supernatural and seasons, all in right order and following steps from: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
So, can someone help me please ???

Hello,
Did you try to launch the game directly? With the TS3W.exe file from C:\Program Files(x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.
