The Sims 3 University Life ; No disc found!

I know that there had been many threads about this issue, but none of it has solved my problem yet!  
I downloaded both the base game and the university life expansion pack from Games4theworld, and currently, my base game is in v1.63. I also used Ultimate Fix, but when I launch it, it still says that there is no disc found. 
Any idea what else can i do to solve it? I am unsure of where did i go wrong. Please help me!!
Right now, my The Sims 3 folder > game > Bin's TS3W.exe and TSLHost.dll are from Ultimate's Fix folder, All expansion packs released after and including Generations (For university life), but there is still no disc found! 
What else do i need to include inside the Sims 3 folder? 
I am really in need of help!

Re-apply the 1.63 manual patch, and then apply ONLY the two files in the #crack-folder of the Ultimate fix.

Basically you should follow the steps from #2 to #4 here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly


Again, after you've done the 1.63 patch, only use the two files inside the #crack-folder in the Ultimate fix, and NOTHING else.
