Ultimate Fix Problems!! [SOLVED]

Hi guys. So I have The Sims 3 Base Game, And the Sims 3 Generations. My game was perfectly fine until I downloaded the latest patch.
I played the game again and my game menu was blank.
I have read that it is now Compatible with version 1.66 so I tried it out. ( Link : https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t15702-ultimate-fix-now-compatible-with-version-166-of-the-sims-3 ) I re-installed my game before I copy and pasted the cracks.

I opened the file, opened the base game file and copy and pasted the crack in the base game folder into : C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin, I opened the All expansion packs released after and in including Generations file, and copy and pasted the crack in it into the same file ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin )

I played the game again and my game menu was blank AGAIN, It didn't allow me to select ANY town! 
Am I doing Something wrong?
There is a #crack file and I opened it and there was mods>packages and there was a NRaas_NoCD.Package Should I pasted it into a file?
Do I have to re-install the game again to make the game work?!

PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!

I am downloading the Manual Patch right now, but i have a problem with the Ultimate Fix link you gave me. The MEGA icon shows up with a circle around it and does nothing.
I tried it in Incognito mode (I have google chrome) And It loads but when it's done It does nothing..

Nope, Didn't work. I even tried to restart my computer!

Tried it on FireFox and it worked.  
Now going to the next step!

So I opened the file and I didn't extract it. And I went into the crack folder, I high lighted the TS3W.exe and the TSLHOST.dll and pressed CTRL + C and this message comes up : https://i.servimg.com/u/f55/18/70/40/56/captur11.png

Isn't the #Crack Folder already in the ultimate fix? Heres a screenshot of the the sims 3 fix file

Yeah, But when I try to Copy and paste them the message I posted with a picture appears, I'm confused

I re-downloaded it , Didn't work but I can drag them into the sims 3 bin folder but i'm afraid that it might damage my game

I dragged them but It says the same message.
I have another file I downloaded the name is the same, And it allows me to copy and paste. But I'm not sure that it is compatible with the patch version I have.
