Stuck on Not Responding after downloading Into The Future SOLVED Empty Stuck on Not Responding after downloading Into The Future SOLVED

I have tried every possible fix to the launch problem with Sims 3 on here, and yet nothing is working. I have tried launching from the game, but that just stops responding, so I went to the actual game and launched it from there with the same result. I have waited over an hour, and it still is loading. When I go to end the task, it tells me that it has stopped responding. I am lost at what to do next, as it was working fine when I just had Sims 3.

What is the version of your game?
Did you apply the Ultimate Fix?

I have applied both the patch and ultimate fix from here. I am not sure what version I am running, but I did download it from here.

Hello,

Can you describe what exactly happens in your game ? Do you just get a "blackscreen" at startup or do you get the "infinite loading" when you are trying to load a savegame ?

If you get a "blackscreen", have a look at my suggestions in this topic here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t14295-ts3-black-screen-nothing-working-solved

If you can't load a neighborhood, then it's a bit more difficult. Are you using any mods and if yes, are you sure they work with your current patch level ? In case of doubt. take out all mods, delete the scriptCache.package file (located in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3), and then re-start the game.

This looks interesting. OK, at first go to My Documents/Electronic Arts and look for the folder "The Sims 3". Rename that folder into anything you like.

Then look at this small guide here and do the steps from 2 to 4: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly

Also, what happens if you try starting the game from the launcher ?

Hello,
If I start from the launcher it will just stay on the launching screen, and if I click anywhere on it a message pops up saying Sims 3 Launcher isn't responding.

Hello,
I went back and deleted all of my custom content, and then went back and uninstalled my Sims 3, and the expansion packs. I then deleted the Ultimate Fix and the update. I also downloaded a different Mounting program, after figuring out that mine was on a free trial, and followed the instructions on installing the Sims 3 correctly. I then re downloaded the Patch and Ultimate Fix, applied them both and it started.
