Blank Menu

Ive never encountered this before. Theres no option to select a town nor are there any menu options. I have the base, LN, GEN (CD) and the last 4 eps (torrented) which I updated 1.66 prior to cracking. I tried the ultimate fix; it didn't work. Im also getting the "unofficial modification" notice. I honestly don't know what to do. Im think its the Into the Future ep i download from here. 

Any help would be great.

In the blank menu situation there are most commonly 2 ways that might have gone wrong:
1. You used the outdated crack
2. You applied the ultimate fix incorrectly
 So please try doing steps 2, 3 and 4 in this article:

It doesnt work, I read it correctly and used the crack that games4theworld provided.

So I'm pretty sure your game is from Origin right? (just double-checking)
If your game by any chance is from Steam the cracks WON'T work.....
In situations like this I totally ran out of ideas to give but let's wait to see what others say....

There not on origin either, Im not really sure what to do. I did alittle reseach and I think it may involve the 1.66 patch, does it get fixed in 1.67?

EDIT - No steam either.

If you DON'T have the manual patch that updates your game please get it here and just run it and let it update to latest version (1.67):

I think the ultimate fix only works with the latest version!

I think you meant C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin, right?
If I'm wrong correct me but I don't want to make confusions for anyone....
