BLANK MAIN MENU :'(

Aaaand another problem. 
Hey, it's Addina. 

I've encountered another problem where the main menu of the Sims 3 is kind of blank, I suppose? I couldn't proceed after clicking play button or even choose the towns to live in. 
I did this https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t859-the-sims-3-text-balloons-not-showing-missing-fix but nothing happened.

Sooo...any solutions?

Hello Addina,
I'm assuming you either didn't install the ultimate fix OR you installed it incorrectly....
I'll give you what I think it might correct your problem:

1. Make sure you have at least one of these expansion/stuff pack:
 Into the Future, Movie Stuff, Island Paradise, University Life, 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff, Seasons, Supernatural, Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff, Generations
2. Download the manual patch to update your game to latest version which can be found here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v166-fix-manual-patch
3. Update your game to latest version (1.67) with the manual patch
4. Download the Ultimate Fix from here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
5. Open the #Crack folder in the Ultimate fix and drag and drop the content of it in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
BUT if your base game is from Origin you have to
to drag and drop it in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
(make sure you choose "Copy and replace" when you paste it)
