Games Will Not Install on Windows 8. [SOLVED]

So I just downloaded Sims 3 Seasons and when I click Setup it gives me an error, I already downloaded Step 2 and Three and still an error

Omfg I had a dumb moment. 7-Zip can't open these files only WinRar can

Hello,
Yes, use "7-zip" for .7z files. And WinRAR for .rar ones.
