MY EXPANSIONS WON'T WORK! Empty MY EXPANSIONS WON'T WORK!

Pls help i've been trying to make it work all day long. I have the sims base game original and I downloaded some expansions from games4theworld. Everything goes OK except when I get to the neighboardhood, nothing happens. When I try 2 choose one there aren't any to choose, when I click the three dots ... Same thing, nothing is their to click. Also when I put create a new game nothing happens, same with the other buttons there are to click. Pleaseeee help mee!! Im desperate

Where is your base game from? A CD or Origin? Or Steam?
