Ultimate Fix problems

I have tried both links, and neither of them are working. When I click the first link for the ultimate fix, it sends me to an error page saying the website cannot be found. When I click the mirrored link, it takes me to the mega website and nothing more. It tells me to update my browser, so I did and then reclicked the mirrored link, but it still took me to the same page. It doesn't make sense. 
Also, when I installed the Sims 3 games, it didn't install to my program files. Is there any way I can change the install directory? Because it doesn't give me an option at all to choose where I ant to download it.

//EDIT: Scratch the last part, I unistalled and reinstalled the sims and found it in the program files, but the ultimate fix still isn't working.

okay i have no idea where to post but I seriously need help. I installed the ultimate fix. For some reason I am not able to send my sims to the university nor am I able to open and edit town in university. I can't play it at all. Can you please help me? I wanna play it!!!!!
