i have tried to download the ultimate fix for my sims because it keeps freezing at the EA logo. but whenever i download it, it opens with google chrome and not with my desktop? and when i try opening it, it starts download again to where i have sims 3 ultimate fix (1) and (2) and (3) and just keeps going on like that. need help please Smile

Hello there,

You're describing two problems here?
As for the Ultimate Fix, it should download a .rar file, which you can open using WinRAR. (Which you can download from www.games4theworld.org , if you don't have it installed already)
