Trouble installing SimCity 4 Deluxe

Hey games4theworld, I'm having some trouble installing simcity 4 deluxe. After I mount both of the files and enter the serial number, the install wizard says I don't have enough disc space. I checked the forum, and tried that suggestion of installing the files to ...\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps, but it still says there isn't enough disc space. I have 200 GB free there, so I know that isn't the case. Any suggestions?

The Apps folder is for the crack only, which is the final step, so ignore that for now.
Just try to install it to the default folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\
If that didn't work either, can you kindly post a screenshot of the error, which the installation wizard in the background? Thank you!
