How do I add more expansion/stuff packs without starting over???

Okay I've recently downloaded and installed the sims 3, pets, ambition, island paradise, and town life stuff. And I followed all the steps provided and the game runs great!. But now I'm thinking about downloading and installing other expansion/stuff packs. My question is Do I have to re-follow all the steps and start over or not. Can someone please Tell me how I can install more expansion/stuff packs????

Hi there,

Just install the new expansion packs you like, but do not apply any more "# Crack" folders.
Install the games and then test the game. If it works, don't fix what isn't broken. If it didn't work, just re-do step 3 and 4: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
