Hi I am having problems with the error code 12, I have read the comments about this topic but I dont understand what to do. ( sorry I dont understant much of computers) can someone help me please???

I've split your post. Wink  Next time, please don't post anymore in the sections called "Fixes" - always post in the sections "Sims (3) in-game problems/downlods support" if you have a question about Sims 3.


About your problem, can you tell me if your Windows is a 32-bit or a 64-bit version ? Also, how many GBs of RAM does your computer have ?
