Sims 3 stuck in saving loop after Build Mode Empty Sims 3 stuck in saving loop after Build Mode

I haven't had this problem since two days ago when I reinstalled the Sims 3. After editing any lot in build mode, when I go to save/save as, the save is stuck in an infinite loop. I once waited 17 hours to no avail. This problem does not occur if I do not use build mode, if I use only buy and live mode the save will work fine.

Hello,

Does it help if you use the option "Save as.." and then choose a NEW name for the savefile ? Note that if this works, you can - from THEN on - use the option "Save" again; so you don't have to use "Save as..." a second time. Good luck !

Holy! Thanks so much! I went into build mode and place down a wall, then used save as and it worked like a charm! It didn't even take a minute to finish saving! Thanks.
