Script Error stops EA DM from downloading update. [SOLVED]

I have new laptop with Windows 8 and started brand new installation of Sims 3. I have succesfully installed Sims 3 Core (its working) and now started World Adventures following G4TW Installation Guide step by step. All went smoothly up until I had to download update with EA Download Manager. I had a Script Error popup saying "Object does not support property or method "SetProgress"". After that I can press YES or NO, but Script Error pops up again and download wont start. Obviously game does not run as well, because game versions are not compatible. Any ideas?
DOWNLOAD MANAGER UPDATED ITSELF AND EVRYTHING SEEMS OK NOW.
