Sims 3 / jump bug after meeting celebrity

Hey guys, I'm new here, I had the 'unofficial mod' thing, so I downloaded that ultimate fix, it did not occured after installing, it worked fine, I started playing, fine, I played in Bridgeport, after my sim met a celebrety (autograph, impressed him) that jump bug happened. My sim was not able to any interactions with the celeb but 'Romantic...' and 'Goodbye...' so I clicked on goodbye, but insted of that, my sim happened to be a few meters away, I don't understand why, he could 'ask for autograph' and 'impress' him, I tried to greet another sim, but jump bug happend again? What could be the problem? Please help me, I just renovated the whole city and I don't want to delete my gameplay.

No mods, except 'no mosaic' dirty me, but a lot of CC, clothes, objects, everything.

Please temporary remove ALL those CC and see if it makes any difference.
