nothing in my principal menu :(

nothing in my principal menu :( Empty nothing in my principal menu :(

hi, i have the sims 3 base (not the hacked one) and i do all the steps to have the island paradise hacked pack. This was working well but in my principal menu There were pictures and frames but no buttons. There were only the new game button and the play now button. Most important of all, I had no towns to play with.   Help
