Custom Content Showing Up as Plain Boxes in Launcher? [SOLVED]

Okay so I've had the sims before, and I redownloaded it recently because I'm on summer vacation and I have nothing else to do, PLUS it's the Sims? I love the Sims man. My games version is 20.0.150.024001 by the way. I put my .sims3packs into my downloads folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Downloads) so I have no idea what's going on. Earlier today the same thing happened, so I uninstalled EVERYTHING and reinstalled it and it's doing it again. I want CC because let's be honest, the Sims 3 clothes is garbage haha. Also when I try to install my cc it  doesn't do anything.
         
I have all expansions you provided installed (minus the worlds because I'm clueless as to how, and Medieval)
I also have a mac

OKAY SO I SOLVED THIS PROBLEM

MY GAMES VERSION WAS TOO HIGH SO I USED THE MANUAL 1.67 UPDATE AND NOW ALL MY EXPANSIONS ARE SHOWING SO THATS GOOD AND NOW MY CC IS UPLOADING SO WOOOO
