Hello.As the title explains,my sims crashed after several minutes of playing.I have tried everything from deleting caches to installing them over again.Please help me.

Okay.So do I have to have 4GB ram AND 64-bit pc or just the 4GB ram?(Because I'm using computer and its 32-bit.Also my computer has 2.90 Ghz

Yes, 4 GB of RAM and a 64-bit Windows. If that's not the case with you leave out the "4 GB patch", and do the other steps instead. But keep in mind that a 32-bit Windows is a disadvantage for gaming...
