Error During Startup. [SOLVED]

Good afternoon, everyone! I have a problem, I thought I did everything correctly, Carlos even helped me a lot, I got the manual patch and ultimate fix downloaded and all that; apparently something went wrong somewhere, though.
ANYWAY. I installed the base game, applied the manual patch, installed all the expansions (skipping the Cracks - aside from Late Night, it said to put the Crack into the expansion's Game Bin, so I did that) and then re-applied the manual patch, and added the Crack from the ultimate fix into the base game's Game Bin folder.
After all this, it still says there was an error during startup everytime the launcher pops up, and I'm not sure what I did wrong, or how to get it to work.

Please ignore ALL expansion instructions. They are all outdated.
Instead, simply repeat the steps from #2 to #4 here:https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
Do the steps exactly as described, and nothing else. Good luck and keep us posted !
