Documents Electronic Arts Folder Problem

Hello! I'm having this problem in a past few days after I reinstall this Base game of the Sims 3, why is the electronic arts folder look different? now, it has no DCbackup file then when I try to download a mod folder and downloaded some of the CC I wanted, it doesn't work. please help.
ps. how do i attach photo in here? so that i can show you the screen shot of that folder i'm having a problem with.

If you can, yes, please attach a screenshot.
This definitely sounds peculiar. Are you downloading the base-game from us or just from a random torrent? (Or did you buy it?)

Hello,
In your posting toolbar at the top, click on "host an image". Then you need to choose the location of your screenshot on the computer. After that, click on "Send/Submit" on the bottom of that small window. If you wait a little while, you should get an URL for the picture you uploaded (something that looks like an internet address). You need to COPY that URL.
Now, click on the button "Insert an image", right next to "host an image". You then need to PASTE that image in that window. After which, if everything is done correctly, your screenshot will show up in your post.

hello! thanks for the quick repply. so this this is the screenshot. And no, i didn't buy it.. i downloaded this sims from kickass with the title "The Sims 3-Reloaded. I didn't have this problem before when i first install it. but when i got weary of it, i decided to uninstall it but then after a few days, again.. I decided to install it. I'm able to play it smoothly after that reinstall.. but then I decided to download a mod folder and get some of the cc from modthesims.com and when i try to play it, the cc don't show up in my game and i think this folder is the problem why cc doesn't work.

I'm so sorry for the late reply, but can you just start the launcher of The Sims 3, and exit it again ? Do you get the DCBackup folder after that ? Also, do chek out this guide here, if you haven't done so yet, for setting up the Mod framework:
