Sims 4 availability Empty Sims 4 availability

I was wondering how long after the release date G4TW usually gets a chance to upload a game. I'm just happy they exist so I'll wait however long it takes for them to put it up so I can see if it's even worth buying. Not too sure as of now  Wat.

Hello,

At this point, I guess that nobody can tell for sure when a working pirated copy can be released. Of course, all major uploaders (including G4TW) will try to release it as quickly as possible, maybe shortly after the official release ? Keep in mind though that, as this is a brand-new game, it can take a while until a working crack is made.

If a game has been "out" for some time already, it's often a bit easier to make cracks, since you can often "base" them on earlier cracks. But new games are unchartered territory, in this respect...

And yes, I'd strongly discourage you from buying the game straight after the official release ! Wait until a pirated copy is out, and if you really like the game, you can buy it. The game isn't cheap, which is one reason you shouldn't "blindly" buy it without some prior playtesting.

Agreed! Specially with The Sims 4, with so many issues and sounding like another Simcity 5...

I would honestly wait at least half a year before even think about buying a new game like the Sims 4... It gives you time to read reviews and wait for the price drop. It was almost 2 years before I got the sims 3.

True, true. The live play demos they've showed of late still have routing issues, there's a lot missing and although it looks good and what not... it just doesn't look like 70 bucks.

That's some will power you've got there. Did you play TS1 or 2 while you waited? I tried to play TS3 a while ago but the idea of all the lagginess make me tired so I couldn't even. I must say that the "lowered" system requirements are a major incentive. If they can fix the bugs and actually manage to make it playable on lower end machines my interest will go up significantly.
